Terms of Service

Version v1  ·  Effective 2026-10-06

Welcome to SignalGo (the "App"), operated by Shanxi Xinghuo Companion Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). These Terms are a legal agreement between you and us. By tapping "Agree" or using the App you accept them. Please read them carefully.

1. Your account

  1. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older.
  2. Signing up and signing in. You can create an account with Google sign-in, a phone number or an email address, where available. Give us true and accurate information and keep it up to date.
  3. Your account is yours alone. Do not sell, rent, lend or transfer it. If we have reason to believe the person using an account is not the person who registered it, we may ask for verification and may suspend access if it cannot be verified.
  4. Keep it secure. Keep your sign-in details and verification codes private. You are responsible for activity under your account, including losses from a stolen or shared account. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us right away.
  5. Signing in on another device. For security, when you sign in on a new device, other devices may be asked to sign in again.
  6. Security checks. We may ask you to verify your identity (for example by a code sent to your phone or email) when we see unusual sign-ins or when you change your phone number, email address or recover your account.
  7. Inactive accounts. If your account has not been signed in to for 12 months, and it has no active paid benefits, no unresolved dispute or purchase, and is not under review or appeal, we may restrict, suspend or reclaim it after giving you notice by email, in-app message or push notification. Signing in again after you receive the notice keeps your account. A reclaimed account and its content may not be recoverable.
  8. Deleting your account. You can delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy, or Me → Settings → Account & security → Delete account). You cannot delete an account while it is under an enforcement action or appeal. Deleting your account does not remove responsibility for what you did before. We may keep information that the law requires us to keep.

2. Community rules

3. Account actions and appeals

  1. What we may do. If you break these Terms or our Community Guidelines we may, depending on severity: warn you or remove content; limit features (such as posting or messaging); suspend or permanently ban the account; and cancel membership benefits obtained through violations. Repeated or serious violations may lead to stricter action.
  2. Notice. We will tell you the type and duration of an action through the App, on the sign-in screen or by system message. We may act without prior notice, or without giving full details, where fraud, illegal activity, the safety of minors or the safety of others is involved.
  3. Purchases. If your account is banned for breaking these Terms, paid benefits (Premium) are not refunded or compensated. If an action is reversed on appeal, section 6 applies.
  4. Appeals. If your account is banned or restricted pending review, you can appeal in the App. Explain what happened and attach up to 3 images (statement up to 500 characters). You can appeal each action once. If an appeal is rejected, we will not accept another appeal of that action, and online appeals will not be offered for later actions; you may still contact support.
  5. Actions that cannot be appealed online. Bans related to fraud, device bans and very short temporary limits are not appealable in the App. Contact support if you have questions.
  6. Review and outcome. A person will review your appeal and we will respond within 30 days at most of receiving it. Time spent waiting for information we asked you for does not count. We will tell you the result by system message. If the appeal succeeds we will lift the action; content that was taken down because of a ban may not be restorable, and you may need to post it again. If it does not succeed, the action stays.
  7. Reports. You can report content or users in the App. Repeated reports that are clearly unfounded may lead to action against the reporting account.

4. Premium membership and payments

  1. Premium membership is a one-time purchase for a fixed period (for example 1, 3 or 12 months). It does not renew automatically.
  2. Payment is processed by Google Play. Prices and currency are shown by Google Play at purchase. We do not receive your card details.
  3. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, we may remove the related membership benefits.
  4. Membership benefits may change over time; we will not remove benefits you have already paid for during your paid period without a reasonable alternative.

5. Content

You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display and deliver it as needed to operate the App. You are responsible for your content and must have the right to post it.

6. Disclaimers and liability

  1. The App is provided "as is". We may update the App, these Terms and related rules, and will notify you in the App.
  2. We are not responsible for losses caused by your own actions (such as mistakes or a compromised account), or by service interruptions due to force majeure or third parties.
  3. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

7. Other

  1. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific rules we publish, form the complete agreement between you and us.
  2. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes that cannot be settled by negotiation may be brought before the court with jurisdiction at our registered location, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
