Child Safety Standards
SignalGo (the "App") is operated by Shanxi Xinghuo Companion Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes the standards we apply and how to reach us.
1. Who can use the App
The App is for people who are 18 or older. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy say so, and we remove accounts that we find belong to anyone under 18.
2. What is prohibited
The following is strictly forbidden anywhere in the App, including profiles, posts, comments, voice, photos, videos and private chats:
- sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises minors in any way (CSAM);
- grooming, soliciting, or attempting to contact a minor for a sexual purpose;
- sexual extortion of, or sexual harassment toward, a minor;
- trading, requesting, linking to or advertising any of the above.
3. How we prevent and detect it
- Automated screening of profile pictures, uploaded images and videos, public voice content and text (keyword filters and AI-assisted review) before or soon after they are visible to others.
- Human moderators review flagged content and user reports.
- Reporting: anyone can report a profile, post, comment, signal or chat from inside the App (Report on the item or profile). Reports are handled by our moderation team. You can also block any user.
4. What we do when we find it
- We remove the content immediately and permanently ban the account.
- We preserve the relevant evidence and report confirmed CSAM and child-endangerment cases to the competent authorities as required by applicable law, and cooperate with law-enforcement requests.
- We do not notify the offender in advance where doing so could put a child at risk or hinder an investigation.
5. Report a concern
In the App: open the profile or content and choose Report, or use Help & feedback → Online support.
By email: app@xiaopai.vip. This mailbox is monitored by our child-safety contact, who is responsible for these standards and for compliance with child-safety law. If a child is in immediate danger, please contact your local police first.
6. Review of this page
We review these standards regularly and update them when our product or the law changes.
