Terms for Minors
1. Age Requirement
The Platform is a social service for adults. Registration and all related services are available only to individuals aged 18 or older.
When you register, sign in or use the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity required to use the Platform.
Anyone under 18 may not register, sign in or use the Platform in any way.
2. Accurate Age Information
You must provide true, accurate and lawful personal information, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the age and identity information you provide.
You may not get around the Platform's age requirement by giving false information, hiding information, using someone else's identity or by any other means.
If you realize while registering or using the Platform that you are under 18, stop using it immediately and contact us so we can handle your account and personal information.
3. Accounts Belonging to Minors
If we find, through user reports, identity checks, technical detection or other reasonable means, that a user may be under 18, or have reasonable grounds to believe a user does not meet our age requirement, we may take actions including, but not limited to:
- suspending or restricting some or all features of the account;
- asking the user to verify their identity or age;
- closing the account;
- handling the related personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;
- taking other measures necessary to protect minors.
If we confirm that a user is under 18, we will stop providing the service to that user and handle the account and personal information in accordance with the law.
4. Parents and Guardians
If a parent or guardian finds that a minor has registered for or is using the Platform without their consent, they can contact us using the contact details published on the Platform and provide the necessary proof of identity and guardianship.
Once we have verified the situation, we will take appropriate action on the account and personal information as required by law.
5. Important Notice
Please make sure you are at least 18 years old before registering.
If you are under 18, stop registering for or using the Platform now.
If you register for or use the Platform in breach of these terms, you and any other responsible parties are legally responsible for the consequences. The Platform will take appropriate action in accordance with laws and regulations, these terms and our rules.
This English version is provided for your convenience. If there is any inconsistency between this version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version prevails.
