Delete account - SignalGo

Request deletion of your SignalGo account here, without opening the app. After a 7-day cooling-off period the account is deactivated and your personal data is handled as described below.

How to request deletion

Verify it is you: enter the phone number linked to your account and the verification code we send, or sign in with the Google account linked to it.
Tap "Request deletion". You can also do this in the app: Me → Settings → Account & security → Delete account.
Wait 7 days. Signing in to the app with a verification code before then cancels the request.

What happens to your data

Removed or made inaccessible when deletion completes

Your phone number is removed from the account, and linked sign-in methods (such as Google or Apple) are unlinked.
Your signals are removed.
Your profile and posts stop being shown to other users, and the account can no longer sign in, be searched or be messaged.
Pending friend requests are removed and your identity-verification record is released.

Kept after deletion

Order and payment records (needed for accounting and legal obligations).
Safety and moderation records, such as reports and credit-score history.
Content you already sent to other people, such as messages in their conversations.

Kept records are retained for as long as needed for these purposes. We currently do not apply a fixed deletion deadline. To ask about specific data, contact us through the in-app Help Center.
